Who Convenes

IIP brings together non-profit CEOs, foundation leaders, philanthropists and fundraising executives selected by peer review. Participants are chosen for the scale of their work and the candor they bring to it.

What to Expect

Two nights and one full day. Arrive Wednesday the 3rd for the welcome reception. Thursday the 4th is the program — structured and unstructured conversation under Chatham House rules, with panels led by people who have done the work. Depart Friday by late morning.

Request Your Spot

Attendance is by peer review only. If your work operates at the intersection of leadership and impact, submit your background for confidential consideration by the faculty committee.
